Well, I suppose you might be pleased to know that it does contain fanservice and that there is nudity (nothing that anyone should find offensive though).

It's the official fanbook, so it contains other stuff as well; sketches (much like the ones you see on the site, but different ones), artwork by Yoshida On (including one for Izuna 2, which I suppose wasn't just a joke after all!), guest artwork and 4komas (most of them joking about their boob sizes!).
The artwork is still very cute and very sexy. Some of it really funny and it's nice to see more of the characters outside of the game.

Well there's quite usualy that misconception about dojinshis. This reminds I wsh I could get my hands on the ESPGALUDA one by the official artist. I'm sure it's near impossible by now.
